A Kiss a Day

When you are on your path to wellbeing, there are a number of steps you must take at different points in your journey. Let’s say that you are undertaking a change in diet, for example, and part of that diet requires you to restrict food in the beginning. After a while, however, it may be better for you to introduce just a little of the things that you love and miss back into your diet, but in a way that you can control yourself and enjoy it too.
