What do you mean by “processed information” on health, and how does it relate to abundance, burnout, goals, productivity, prosperity?
Thank you.

Dear Johathan,
As medical doctors and consultants, we are brokers of processed information, presenting it to our audience in the best, most efficient manner. When someone is trying to do more with less, pushing themselves to their max ability to perform and produce, the system may work well as long as the fuel for this energy keeps going. If the system gives in, then the person may run out of stamina and burn-out, unable to achieve the long-desired goals. It may take them some time to recover and bounce back and then, it may take them a while longer to reach a top level of performance again. Focusing on our goals and on achieving our dreams usually relate with acquiring a long-lasting sense of well-being, prosperity, and abundance.

Dr. Cora,
People who work in corporate America, and also those who are just career-minded need to wake up and realize that nothing else matters if you don’t have your health. Focusing on nothing but work will reap results in the short-term, but as you allude to above, burn-out will follow and eradicate much of the results from all of the hard work.
How do you convince someone who does not feel like he or she had the time to do everything that needs to be done in the professional life, to make time for a personal life, especially in the areas of health and relationships?
Thanks for your great information.

Dr. Cora,
For the last 3 years as I’ve interviewed CEOs from a wide swath of organizations I see the healthy ones following your principles and becoming more successful and communicating a more positive message to their employees. I will certainly be recommending your work to them and to my clients.

I liked Leading Under Pressure, but the best part “Maximizing Performance and Productivity Strategies” could be expanded in your next edition, or maybe expanded into a book of its own.
This is great stuff, and I haven’t seen it presented in this way in other self-help or business publications. Do you have any suggestion on how I might learn more about your performance / productivity strategies?

Dr Gaby,
You are truly a living example of someone who walks their talk and loves what they do. If everybody loved what they did they would have less stress and burnout!
Keep up the great work!
